Twelve questions about how you actually get and handle customers. You get a scored report showing where money is leaking out and what to fix first. No email required to see it.

What this scorecard measures

Most small-business marketing problems are not creative problems. They are plumbing problems. The scorecard checks the four places money actually leaks, in the order that matters:

1. Get Found

Your Google Business Profile, your review count, and whether anyone is actually landing on your site. For a local service business this is usually the largest single gap, and the cheapest to close.

2. Convert

Whether a stranger landing on your site understands what to do in about five seconds, and whether the page loads fast enough on a phone that they stick around to find out.

3. Respond

How fast you reply to a new lead, and what happens when someone doesn't answer the first time. This is the most commonly ignored and most immediately profitable area on the list.

4. Measure

Whether you can tell which channel produced which customer, and what a lead costs you. Without this, every other decision is a guess with your money attached.

Common questions

Do I have to give you my email?

No. The full score and the full report appear on screen when you finish. There is an option at the bottom to have it sent to you along with a walkthrough, but nothing is hidden behind it.

How accurate is a self-assessment?

It is as accurate as your answers, which is the honest limit of any tool that does not have access to your analytics. It is very good at finding which of the four areas is your weakest, which is the decision that matters most. Pulling real numbers off your site and ad accounts is what the free audit does.

What do the benchmarks come from?

They are widely published industry figures for small and local businesses, included so a number has some context instead of floating on its own. They describe the general pattern, not a promise about your business specifically.

Who is this for?

Owner-operated and small-team businesses, mostly in the Tampa Bay area: home services, contractors, professional services, health and wellness, retail, restaurants, auto, and real estate. It assumes you do not have a marketing department, because most of our clients don't.
